Wow. What a Gesture. Now I have a Gesture for You.

 

Effective immediately, all employees from 2^nd level management down will be taking a 10% pay cut.  This amounts to about $5000 a year per employee.  To show that there is indeed sympathy from Upper Management, I myself hereby volunteer to take a $5000 pay cut as well.
